Bad experience at Lodge

What was suppose to be a relaxing week-end for 3 sisters and our elderly mom ended up in a nightmare. The premises has very bad lighting only a light in the tent and small light outside no other lights to or from the ablution area!!We were ****** of a cell phone, cash and our week-end clothing while one person was sleeping in the tent and we were sitting outside enjoying our bonfire. On questioning where the security was we were told they were off duty. How is this possible on a long weekend. We made a decision that we did not feel safe and left after being told they could not help us with alternative accommodation.We tried several times to contact the establishment on the cell number provided but no response - even after leaving messages we had no call whatsoever to ascertain if we were ok after the incident.An email to my office email apologizing and offering a free week-end. Does anybody think I would want to go back after enduring such an incident. The establishment advised me that they had 3 guards doing patrol on that evening? I never saw one security guard anywhere on the premises from the time of our arrival to the time of the incident. What about the loss we suffered?
