********** Service

We used the Mortimer Toyota for the 2nd time yesterday. The first time, they were late with delivering the vehicle after the service, such that it was never even washed after thr service. Yesterday, our second experience, we were shocked by even worse service. They have cracked the vehicle's windscreen and did not even have the courtesy to tell us, we had to notice this ourselves and enquire. Secondly they did not replace the engine cover, they simply dumped it in the loading bay. The loading bay clearly shows that it was not washed at all. This is ********** service from Toyota as a company that claims to prioritize its clients.
