It was my first time buying an apartment and I was clueless due to the process. As one of the very few young black South African that was quite an achievement for me as no one in my Family purchased a property before. The were times whereby it was so difficult to even understand the process of purchasing properly, however Ms Despo Savva who works at Mortgage Max as an Originator gave me her full attention. This professional lady helped me every step of the way, even if it was not her line of job, but yet she still assisted me. There's very few people who can sacrifice like she did, especially in the industry , because agents out there they only care about the sale that's all.
