Bad Service Causes Delays In Bond Registration

Vania Leanord app**** for a loan against the house i was selling, and when the financing bank of the buyer asked for the title deeds I couldn't give it because I had to give it to the bank who loaned me the money, this created a load of problems ,including late registration etc all at my cost and expense.I was advised to use this company but should of gone with my gut feeling and used my own professional people rather. Lets hope my West Coast experience will get better after this .
