Incompetant:Morris Fuller& Golden homes

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I right thus letter out of desperation and anger.<br />They are making a fool out of me because I am old and not well informed when it comes to these things.</p> <p>I have lost so much money because of thei delays. I sold my flat in Montclair and was told the process and transfers will be finalised by the end of April. They even kicked out the tenant that was leasing the property without informing me, I had to call and ask who the May rent money would go to and was told she will be out as the property will be transferred end of April.<br />It is the 1st of June today, Wendy from Morris Fuller called at the 11th hour to tell me some lousy story about the forms having to be redrafted because someone made an error with the forms and the registration will not be completed and funds transferred to me tomorrow as her email and sms had said.</p> <p>A). Who will reimburse me the rent money I lostin May and now June? Because they made the decision to kick out my tenant. <br />B). I was charged levy and bond for a vacant flat <br />Who will reimburse me?<br />C). That Philiani from GOLDEN HOMES MONTCLAIR is very incompetant and does everything lost minute. He cost me 5000 for him only remembering at the 11th hour that the inspection hadn't been done and that on its only causes further delays. <br />I wrote an email complaining to he's bosses and Pam Golding who are selling the property but no one helped. <br />I wanted to know who was going to be accountable and the ignored me. <br />D). As a black widow I have been marinalised and taken advantage of all my life!<br />If I was white or had a male figure this would not be happening.</p> <p>Thesepeople take so much commission from our hard earned money yet the don't deserve it.</p> <p>I am so angry and frustrated. I am a struggling single parent. They had no idea how hard of a decision it was selling my property of 20 years at the age of 55.<br />My child was retrenched and the other has university fees outstanding that need to be paid so she can get her degree certificate and get a visa for a teaching job waiting for her overseas. <br />My other fee is they might get rejected her as she has been extending the dates. They will think she **** or give the post to someone else.</p> <p>I don't know how this work but please help me.<br />My flat is vacant. They kicked out my decent well paying tenant and they are making me suffer. They are big well established organisations and I a desperate old lady, if they lost this money it would dent them, for me it has left a huge hole because I am old and renting at my age because I want to take care of my family. <br />They don't care. <br />If this continues I will loose another for 2 months:<br />R4500 - rent<br />R1400- levies (I have to pay )<br />R2400 - bond repayment <br />Total of R8300 is gone for May <br />Therefore I will loose R16600 June</p> <p>Please help.
