FAIL TO PAY TRAVEL AGENCY COMMISSION

<p>My name is Riaan Goosen. I am the owner of CLUB TRAVEL in Parkview. We recommended that our corporate client used this venue for their Christmas function in December 2016.</p> <p>To date, we have sent countless emails, left voice messages and have spoken with (senior) staff regarding our outstanding travel agency commission promised to us at the time of the booking. We have been promised this matter will be settled for almost 9 months now to no avail.</p> <p>We wanted to warn other travel agencies, tour operators and anybody employed in the travel industry that any business sent to MORRELLS BOUTIQUE ESTATE will probably be met with apathy & entire disregard for how the SA travel industry works. They will be quick to take your & your clients' money, but do not expect to get reciprocal income from them.</p> <p>It is with regret that I say I will never recommend this venue to another client (or friends/family for that matter). I will also warn all affiliated agencies & ITC operations within the CLUB TRAVEL GROUP & THEBE TOURISM about their business practices.</p> <p>Hopefull my message will help prevent another travel agent from wasting their time.</p>
