Worst service provider ever!!!

<p>I am a Vehicle Fleet manager within the SAPS. I have ordered 2 sets of tyres 215/75/15 from this supplier, as they have a contract with the SAPS. Since 01 August 2016 there have been NO delivery from this company situated in Pretotia up to now. Orders according to the people answering the phones, never reach them. Phones is irregulary answered. You never get hold of the right person at all to assist. When you do get hold of them, they give you a fax number to fax your order to, but it never works. It's either engaged or keeps on ringing and never goes over to a fax line. If you phone them, the excuse is that they have no power, but I can still fax the order. I ask myself this question and to the lady...how can I fax if there is no power, but her reply is that it still works as it's a telkom line....I was stunned!! I told her that the fax still needs a power source to work, but her reply still was the same....It's a telkom line!!! While I am struggling to get new tyres for police vehicles, service delivery is hampered for police as these vehicles tyre's is in such a state that it put's the life's in danger of members and public. </p>
