Not satisfied with explanation

<p>Took my car to One Touch for dent repairs. The driver asked if he could use my car to drop me off at work. I said no and I warned him that I took a photo of my car's odometer. I asked him to not use my car. At this stage they could have explained what distance there was between where I left my car and where the workshop was. Collected the car with 12 kilometres extra driven while car was in for repairs. Spoke to the owner who explained that my car was moved to and from and in the workshop. The calculations and explanation does not make sense to me at all. If I was informed that my car had to go to and from a workshop resulting in a total of 12 kilometres to get the repair done, I would not have used the services of One Touch. Inform your customers in advance about your procedures.</p>
