VERY RUDE MANAGER - MORNINGVIEW B&B

The manager or owner of the B&B is very rude and does not know how to speak to clients. We did a booking a month before our visit. I called to confirm the dates I want and the number of people that are coming and thanks they sent a quote via email. The whole month went on and 3 daus prior to us coming we are receiving a call saying the room we booked was already booked for someone else and the quote was also incorrectly done as the price is wrong. When we asked whose fault is that this manger said the person who did the quote is no longer employed with them we must tell her if WA will pay the money or not as she doesn't have time for for us we want to be treated like royalty. She is so rude and needs to go for customer service training. We were really not treated fairly hence we ended up asking for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in Ixopo.
