Pity to spoil a 5 star rating.
My rating is two fold.
I received quick and excellent service in having my problem attended to. Quick response and very friendly and efficient workmen. Excellent accurate communication about time of arrival, etc. = 5 star.
My bill was however overstated. I was billed for work that wasn't carried out. It took 2 emails on my side to have the problem corrected but it came with no apology = 2 star
