Oh my word, the most amazing service I think I have ever received from a plumber. My geyser stopped working and was freezing cold. The director took my call on a Saturday, I booked an appointment for first thing Monday... Lo & behold the team arrived on time at 08h40 and by 09h35 the broken element, thermostat and gasket and been replaced. Very efficient, professional and excellent service from everyone from the director down to the team who attended to my geyser. I guess they now have a new customer for life.
