Putting patients life at risk

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding a critical safety failure at Manor Pharmacy on 25 August 2026.Staff refused to dispense my essential chronic medication unless I paid R600, failing to provide an explanation. Discovery Health has confirmed your branch did not process the claim correctly.Because this vital medication was withheld ,I suffered a seizure on the morning of 26 August 2026. This is a severe breach of a pharmacist's professional duty of care.I
