Morningside Dispensary not willing to sort out invoice for medical aid claim

The covid testing site of the pharmacy issue invoices that are not in accordance with what is required for medical aids (Discovery) so the expense cannot be claimed. When I called to try and sort things out with Rudie Voges, he was dismissive saying they don't deal with medical aids and they are not interested as all the details are on the invoice. Discovery even called them and they were equally dismissive - no resolution.
