NSFAS statement and never ending loan repayments

This Company together with NSFAS are a bunch of incompotent ******. I paid off my NSFAS loan in Novemeber 2024. They still call me monthly to say I still owe them money. I keep asking for my statement and they promise to send me everytime. To this date there is nothing. I think they want to prey on loyal payers like me to keep paying for other students forever. I have read the revues online and I see there are a lot of complaints about the same issue that I am experiencing. This company is big ***** that preys on the weak.
