NSFAS statement

I have been calling their offices asking them to send me my updated NSFAS statement . They always promise to send the statement but they never do.. I want to pay off my account. When I login to my NSFAS account to check the balance, it is not updated even though I get debited every month .. I am now considering going to the bank and block their debit orders.. Even when you send emails, no one responds to the emails The other month I got debited twice , I then sent an email but no one responded to it.
