Debiting my account even though account is paid off

I asked for a settlement letter last year and I paid off my NSFAS account, however I am still getting debited . I have sent SMSs and emails several times asking for an updated statement but they do not respond. Every month I now have to keep on reversing their debit orders.

You cannot keep on debiting my account without sending me an updated statement.
