Questionable Business Practice

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Mori Cape Town, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. The delivery time was shockingly slow, and when the shoes finally arrived, they were poorly packaged, resulting in damage. The quality of the shoes is far below expectations, especially given the high price—definitely not worth it. I've attempted to get a refund multiple times, but the company has only offered store credit, which I do not trust given the product quality. To make matters worse, they expect me to cover the return shipping costs, even though the fault is clearly not mine. I do not recommend this store.
