Mori Cape Town - Before careful before ordering with this company

Just a heads-up before ordering from Mori Cape Town I've been given excuse after excuse when simply requesting an exchange due to incorrect sizes. Despite providing the order number, they are still avoiding the exchange. Please be cautious before ordering from them! They won't give me a refund so I settled for an exchange and they still refusing.
