DISGUSTING ********* SERVICE

I purchased a pair of orthopedic shoes online on the 5th of September. It was free delivery within 3 to 5 days through Courier Guys. However today is the 13th September and nothing received. In tracking my purchase I see delivery status 10th September, but nothing received. The tracker is coming from China. However Moricapetown makes their customers believe it's a South African product coming from Cape Town and that should take one day from Cape Town via Courier Guy. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, with packaging and sending off I give the 5-6 days . If they didn't have stock l should have been notified of the number of days with delivery, however Moricapetown has ********* business practices making me believe it's coming from Cape Town, making me believe it's a South African product. Two emails came one says 10 to 12 days abd the 2nd says 7 to 14 days. I need my shoes for tomorrow 14th September for my overseas trip.They refuse to call me they keep telling me to track my delivery. Don't trust them
