Poor service from Pearl at Morgan copy centre

It was last week Friday on the 10th when I do call Morgan copy centre company to spoke with manager. The lady called Pearl told me she is the one of the manager. And I asked her with the quotation of what I was looking. She asked me to come to the shop. I went there then I spoke with her personal. She ask me to give her my email address definitely by Monday I will get that quotation. By Monday around 16:45 I do call her again and asked her am still waiting that quotation. She said within next 10-15 mins I will get it. Even now I still get it. It is so sad and imbarassy as I told her from the beggin this is very urgently because we need to know immediately as is a preparation of KING' birth day. She knows well. How many people who get the same poor service like I. I promise the QUEEN she will get all the information by Monday but she didn't. I will like hello peter to send this to the really manager. As I used to use this company, I started to not trust it now as it looks like fly by night. People have to be carefull. Worse that Pearlne was not contact me just for update know.
