Still have not received my spare key

I bought my car in January, till this day i have not received my spare key. I have contacted the sales person Kundai Musasiwa, i have been promised that they are looking into the matter but i still have not received the key. I would not recommend them at all. I am sick of this cat and mouse game that we are playing. Whenever i try to speak to the manager he is busy. I want my spare key please
