<div>Saw a Qashqai Online on a Tuesday, contacted the salesman, stated I'd like to purchase the vehicle. Paid a holding deposit on the Thursday, finance was approved on the Friday. Booked and Paid for Flights the next monday to collect the car on the upcoming Friday. The day after I booked the flights I got a call saying the car was sold.

Two weeks later, my holding deposit has not been refunded neither have my ticket costs.

The Dealer Principle refuses to assist as he cannot comment on what happened with his staff. No help from any of the management at this dealership.

Do not ever purchase from this dealership, management service is terrible. They'll grab your money in a heartbeat and then hold onto it because they don't care.</div>
