Terrible service

After explaining to them that i have had previous bad experiences with dealers they still made my experience with them as terrible as possible! From air-conditioning not working on a car they advertised with air-conditioning to the RC1 form missing 2 months after the initially buy of the car! The excuse was Covid. Really? How do these people still do business? I even wanted to cancel the buy multipal times but was told i could not because of legal reasons. A business that takes advantage of woman! Thinking we know nothing!
