Disgusting service at Morgan Nissan

I recently moved to Kimberley and it was the first time I serviced my car at Nissan Kimberley. In my experience with Nissan Tokai in Cape town if you take your car in for service and their are basic repairs, they call you and advise of the necessary repairs and ask if you would like to get this fixed. This was not what I experienced. My car was "serviced" and then upon collection I paid R5400 for the service and I was given a inflated quote of R29000 with labour charges of over R8000 to do my repairs. I told them at the time of checking in the car that my breaks would need to be replaced. I understand that the radiator would probably not be able to be fixed during the service but something as basic as breaks I am sure can be done as it had been done in the past. Instead I found myself leaving Nissan still with a car that's breaks were singing and they still have the guts to tell me I am taking it at own risk. And they did advise the car would not be washed because of water issues in the city but they left a bunch of empty boxes in the car from the oils that were supposedly changed and I am saying supposedly because this is typical township mechanics behaviour who leave empty boxes in the car when they usually try to convince you that they have done what they said they would but you later find out that it was never done. I am absolutely disgusted by the service of Nissan Kimberley and will never ever set my foot on their premises and I will be sure to tell my family and friends to do the same (ps my sister just bought a Nissan Navara by them and I will be sure to share this feedback with her and everyone she knows). I am gonna take that inflated quote of theirs of R29k and go and get my car fixed somewhere else.
