LOAN APPLICATION

I received a sms offering me a loan from R1.00 to a R1,000,000.00. I sent them a reply after which Mr Morgan informed me to send 3 months pay slips together with my information which I did. I then received the application which I filled out and sent to them. Not once during the application did the inform me of any payments to be made or to be paid. After I signed the agreement all of a sudden costs we to be paid. They then informed me that my loan was granted but I needed to pay R2720.00 for administration fee which I then paid. Then I was informed that my funds would be in my account by end of the day. Which didn't happen as I was informed that I needed to make another payment of R4258,00 for insurance. This is totally unacceptable as not once did they from the beginning inform me of any hidden costs. I have been trying to get hold of them as I cancelled the agreement and said they must refund me. Since then I have only been able to reach the voicemail. They have not refunded me but have done me harm as I used my debt money to pay for the funds and now they are no where to be found. So I would like you to investigate this matter and to revert back to me.
