MORESTORE IN BELLVILLE I cancelled by contract, moved my goods out of the storage unit in time, they did not want to refund me my deposit because I never gave a calendar months notice, they debited my bank account in October for the month even though the storage unit was empty, then they erroneously debited my account again in November. Hence I paid 2 months installments for an empty store unit, it took them 2 weeks to repay me less than what was deducted from my bank account. They claim I had arrears, how, if they debit my account each month. I paid 2 deposits for 2 units, and they couldn't refund me for any one of the 2. I need them to know that I am still going to put this ordeal on social media and report their organization to the OMBUTSMAN. Thank you. Shireen Leukes
