I had booked for the weekend and was told different things. The one lady says we could come there and pay and another said to pay immediately. Unfortunately my grand mother passed away on the day before we were supposed to be there. I also said I will through the death certificate so they could refund me even if it wasn't the whole amount. The only response was sorry for your loss and nothing could be done
