Bad service at Moreson wine estate

Bad service we have been on the wine tram and enroute stopped at Moreson wine farm. Been moved from pillar to post no serving for 35minutes. The bus arrived we had to go with any tasting. Bad service ans what a waste of money. We were 9 in the entourage and they were all ****ed off with no service.
