Complain and seeking compensation

I bought a property in 2022, however a tenant from MoreSA properties occupied the space. I could not move in my house for 1 full month, I had to pay for levees and bond and rent from a different property. I WAS NOT COMPENSATED for that month. I contacted moresa however they did not want to compensate me. I am still waiting for them to compensate me the money their tenant paid.
