No justice for property agent companies not following the RENTAL Act.

As per my other reviews, MoreSA Properties still does not come back to me and they stil haven't paid any deposit back to me yet.

The Manager JC Potgieter is not available when I phone. And nobody is nobody's manager around there according to accounts department.

Accounts department claims they don't know what is going on with my payment because JC haven't spoke to them about my deposit

And JC said to me the last time I spoke to him that he gave it through to accounts to process

But nothing! He knows that I had to go see my Neurosurgeon more than a week ago and because they haven't paid my money I couldn't go see my Neurosurgeon.

All this started because I was in a coma end February beginning March and being single mother of my son 12 years old, nobody had access to my bank account to pay rent.

So when I came out of coma they gave me a week to move out while still sick. I have a VP Shunt draining fluids from my brain.

They don't care. And they don't seem to care that I've send a review to Helopeter.

MoreSA Properties changed their name from something else because of them being ********* when it was under the other name. So they will properly just change the name again and just keep on doing what they are doing.

Their own staff Brendon the agent told me about the name changing and everything, but being in coma i forgot the previous name it use to be.

Something need to be done. According to Section 5(3) of Rental Act they are doing everything NOT how it stipulates in Act and they just get away with it.

They don't do the moving in and exit inspection according to Rental Act. They do nothing the way they are suppose to stipulated in Rental Act.

I did everything from my side as they asked me after they didn't care whether I just came out of hospital and out of coma

And they still don't care that I couldn't have my follow up appointment with Neurosurgeon because I had extra expenses that I had to make to get another place to stay and no follow up with Neurosurgeon means I am without medication that I need to prevent seizures.

How can they just get away with it?
