Motor defects fixing delays

I recently purchased a vehicle ( Range rover- Evoque 2013 model ) from Morena Motor World(Bethlehem). I fetched the vehicle on the 14 th October 2022. Upon arrival to my home address (in Gauteng) I realised the car has a few defects. I reported the problems to the dealership. There was no assistance so I proceeded to take the vehicle to Land rover in East rand mall and the technician confirmed that the car does have problems but they could only take in the car for a full diagnosis on Thursday the 20th.

Thereafter the dealership (Morena Motor World) requested me to rather take the car to Ozh performance in Boksburg. I took in the car on Thursday the 20th to Ozh performance and the mechanic confirmed the following problems on the car:

Noise on front left wheel = Shock top mounting, +shock Brake pads + discs

Interior headlight console lights coming on and off = needs replacement

Door not locking = drivers door locking mechanism needs replacement

There is no communication from Morena Motors to tell me go ahead to take in the car for fixing. I had to personally go back to Ozh Performance this morning 21st October and the mechanic confirmed that he was given go ahead to order the Interior headlight console lights and drivers door locking mechanism.

The Shock top mounting, +shock Brake pads + discs order was not given go ahead by Morena Motor World.

I am not happy about this situation since I am sitting with a car that's not fully safe and I was told that the car went for service before it was handed to me but now I am with a car that has defected brakes and discs within days of purchase.
