Not recommendable at all.Retained the deposit for their own good.

I thought I could recommend them as they helped us sell the house perfectly fast in 2022,but no it was what inspired them that worked perfectly for them,we were desperate to sell the property and didn't see the catch.

Now for every tenant we have to fix one and the same them that they keep on lying that they fixed-the roof that leak water when it rains.And the zinc at the main house.The problem is Molatelo took the whole deposit claiming he will do all those fixtures.Should we really meet in court for such a small matter?But what's another option? Very horrible because neither the tenant nor myself as the landlord have a portion of the deposit.If I got it definitely I would have fixed where I could.And added where I should.I requested the documents like lease and the sheet where elaborated money spent is written,but nothing. I asked twice and all that Molatelo is doing is avoiding to check on my WhatsApp texts and then decided on requesting me to resend.

Very unreliable and not recommendable.
