Poor Service & Attitude

Doctor made a typing error on my pets blood tests that were sent to Germany for immigration. She used the date the microchip was logged on the system instead of the date it was implanted.

Dr. Andrew Cummins then forced my wife to pay for the papers again as they had to be fixed. He said his personnel would never make such a mistake and it must have been our fault. Dr Andrew Cummins is very unpolite and grumpy even on my previous visits.

I then had to drive to them and make a scene in order for them to finally return my money. They still do not see that they are at fault.

Would not recommend.
