I am from Western Cape. I used this company for fixing a geyser after finding them on Kandua. The technician they sent arrived by Uber with only a backpack for tools and equipment. I had to take him to a hardware store to buy supplies. Unfortunately, the geyser only worked for two weeks before not working any longer. They have made several promises to come and fix the problem, but have never pitched up. I had to get someone else to fix it, with additional costs. I cannot recommend this company and would suggest rather to refrain from using them.
