Non-responsive

I have been trying to cancel my membership with Morecorp for the past month but received no joy. I received an email address to cancel membership at: ********** from Cyclelab Fourways. I sent the initial email on 16 July 2018. I got an automatic response saying someone will get hold of me shortly. No one ever did. I went to their website to find their number, ********** 000 which is answered by an automated machine as well and it just never goes anywhere even if you follow the prompt. I will appreciate it if someone could get back to me or for them to fix their phones so I can get confirmation that the membership is cancelled.
