janet abrahams attitude problems

hi, i have been trying to get tax invoice from MORECORP (worldofgolf) for my membership , i spoke to a lady by the name of janet abrahams this lady has a lot of attitude problems she is saying that cant give me a tax invoice what kind of a company can not give a tax invoice and she is telling me i will give you the cancellation email address you can cancel your membership and i have it recorded on my phone , is this how you treat your customers and she is telling me this is a big company what kind of a big company can not give a tax invoice is MORECOPR doing ***** is that the reason why they cant issue the tax invoice .
