Zero Feedback, Poor Administrators

Morebo & Sanlam unreasonably delaying the processing and payment of my vested pot and investment benefits following my exit from **** Car Rental at the end of August 2025. Despite the lapse of more than seven (7) months since my exit, and notwithstanding multiple follow-ups attempts I have not received a substantive response or confirmation regarding the status of my payout. In particular, there has been no adequate communication from Sanlam, and my efforts to obtain clarity via my advisor, Mr Mphiwa Nombembe, have not yielded meaningful feedback. This continued lack of communication and failure to provide a status update constitutes a material administrative delay. joint response from both Sanlam and Morebo, clearly setting out responsibility, progress to date, and definitive timelines for finalisation and payment. Given the extended and unexplained delay, I require that this matter be treated as urgent. Failing a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Pension Funds Adjudicator, and to pursue any further remedies available to me in law. I trust this matter will now receive the attention it warrants.
