More2Life (Cape Town) Poor Services

I had an experience last year with More2Life (Cape Town) where I had been given documents to sign to apply for their offered service of reversed mortgage. This had taken about 2 weeks before hearing back with a provisional approval letter. More documentation was then requested which was timeously signed/provided and sent back to More2Life. Several weeks went by without any further contact initiated by More2Life. After about 3 months of slow service and lack of intention to complete the process as quickly as possible the house ended up being sold. More2Life still sent a bill of around R6000 despite there lack of efficiency and not even having delivered a meaningful service but rather wasted our time. Certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
