Stapler in sushi

I have been to this restaurant 3 times before with no issues. Friendly staff, good food We decided to stay in on 16 October and order take away from Uber eats. We didnt mind the wait, because good food is worth th wait. First... The sushi rice was very mushy, not sure if the heat from the pizza we ordered did that or if this is now the new norm. As I chewed the sushi, I felt like something hard was in it so I spat it out immediately, as I broke the sushi open I found a stapler in the sushi.... This is very dangerous as my son was also eating sushy and he is 9. I am not asking for anything from this business but it could have been much worse. Please be sure that staff isnt sabotaging the restaurant as this will make the restaurant lose clients. You have lost me for sure.
