NO MORE "MORE RESTAURANT-CENTURION"

This is the email i sent to the owner Marlene on the 26/2/2019. She responded 27/2/2019 and promised to get back to my 28/2/2019....i'm still waiting after ive sent follow up emails on the 15/3/2019 and today 7/4/2019.

We were too late for breakfast and decided to have lunch. This is the 3rd time that More has disappointed us and I feel I have to make you aware of it. There were more waiters (at the gate saying hello and goodbye when you leave) as in the actual restaurant at 11h45 on Saturday. Our waiter was very friendly and we ordered drinks and waited 30 minutes for it. We tried to find out what happened to our drinks and the other waiters just didn't make eye contact with us at all. Once the drinks arrived and the waiter apologised we ordered food and waited 45 minutes for fish and chips and kish. The kish was ice cold and we again tried to get the attention of a waiter but decided after looking like idiots to leave it. When our waiter brought the bill (1st time we saw him after he brought the food) we told him about the food and once again poor waiter had to apologise. NO MORE, MORE RESTAURANT. I also heard other patrons complaining and that's why i've decided to make you aware of it.
