STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUESTHOUSE

Upon arrival, I was check-in by a not too friendly staff member and taken to my room. No rules or facilities, like the shared kitchen, overview/rules were provided. The staff does not wear face masks and some quests as well. My room didn't have plugs anywhere near the bed. The shared kitchen was not very clean. The website of the guesthouse mentions a 24hour reception, by 10 pm no one was to be found anywhere. What made me incredibly uncomfortable was that the staff LOCKED ALL the doors by this time and quests doesn't have a key so you have no way of exiting the building. A HUGE red flag. The next day a lady, who I assume works there, tried to enter my room and when I asked why she was busy with my door, she rep**** "I made a mistake". The last straw before I took my bags and left there as quickly as possible was when the owner of the guesthouse started assaulting the security guard on the premise, in front of me, all the way to the gate. At one point it seemed like the owner was trying to push the man in front of a vehicle passing by. After a while, the owner just got into his car and left, no apologies for the scene at all. This place made me feel uncomfortable from the start, I regret booking a room, I wish I listened to my gut. It is shocking to me how anyone can review this guesthouse well.
