Complaint against Mr Edgar Morake

I had a matter that had to go to Cape Town High Court. I appointed Mr Edgar Morake from Morake Attorneys to represent me at High Court. Mr Morake referred me to Advocate Jiya who told me that it will cost me R30 000. Payment if R30 000 was paid into his bank account for him to pursue the matter but he never attended to the matter. At the moment I am desperately need to get my file from him and he is refusing to give me the file. I need the file so that I can go to other attorney to do what Morake failed to do. I need your assistance.
