POOR...BAD....SERVICE

Sincne last year I was traveling with Moqibelo Bus Polokong to Doorenfontein Jhb, Bus No.7976 Drv 400428... Our problem with this bus is and old bus it doesnt have a heater and according to all passengers they have been using the bus for morethan five yrs plus with that conditions Moqibelo has been purchasing buses but never think of giving them a better bus even if is not new but at least it must be in good conditions with heater as well ....I always speek with Shawn to give him our concern and even today he is busy talking to the share holders, My quastion is is that heavy to ask for a heater since last year till today we even approach another winter and the bus is ****** cold from sebokeng to Jhb in that bus is not so easy. All we need is for them to change or put heater ........PLEASE!!! Or maybe we should start bloking all the buses going to Jhb then they will take us serious I dont know but we also human and we expect better service since we also pay full amount for their buses, Please look after ur people we need each other here.
