Bad Servise

The bus ticket seller from Bree Street on the 09th of October never gave me my change instead he said I should come tomorrow after he calculated the money. I went back Tuesday and I was told he went on leave. I have escalated this to *** they advised number no response. I sent it again to *** with no response bad service ever.
