a Shuttle service causing accident while transporting clients (Travel and tours)

Driver of this company, while transporting clients (shuttle service) caused an accident during business hours, not following road signs or using indicators. Driver and clients inside the vehicle admitted to his fault. All the evidence was forwarded to Mr Moses Alam ***ner) who refused to investigate even or to compensate for his driver's negligence. Video footage with reports from SAPS was forwarded to him but kept on shifting the blame on his driver. His driver claimed that he did not have insurance (while transporting clients???) however later stated Mr Alam fixed his own car and had no worries about taking responsibility in fixing the third party's (student) damages. He is the owner of the car, the driver in his employment and transporting his clients. When he was questioned about this, kept on saying "case closed" "don't have time" Bad business ethics and surely not someone who cares about road safety or the safety of others. Would think twice about using their services or even supporting a business owner like that.
