Terrible Customer service and refusal to fix their mistake

My sister and I decided to get matching sneakers for Christmas,and Mopedi store had a special R1500 for 2 pairs , we confirmed with the guy the ones we wanted confirmed the special everything was done we just had to wait for the shoes …anyway they sent an sms saying they arrived and to our surprise they only sent one we asked the guy at postnet he said only 1 box was received we took pictures and sent it to the guy that very moment , he said he sent both pairs ,we sent him all the proof that we had only received one he then said it must have gotten mixed up …it’s been like 2 months now we are still waiting for the other pair that they said they would send ,when we message them they are very rude and make it seem like it was our mistake, they don’t even want to give us a refund for the pair that was not sent ….Over all I would not recommend them they are very rude and insufficient and they have really bad Customer service ..
