The prices are great and all, but the courier company they work with just ruins the whole experience
The prices are great and all, but the courier company they work with just ruins the whole experience. The delivery guy refused to come to my place claiming he'd been hijacked there before... Im not denying his claimed experience but it was a first considering all courier companies deliver to us hassle free. The likes of The Courier Guy, Ram, Takealot, internet express, Aramex, DPD Laser...

Kindly note that we were at the provided delivery address ready to deliver your parcel - after which an address change was requested. The driver merely stated that the parcel was then to be handed over to an agent to deliver as he does not service the area. You are more than welcome to provide the correct address with your next purchase so we can allocate your parcel to the correct driver for delivery and avoid delays. Thank you for the feedback.
