The Courier did not deliver the parcel the next day and I reported it to the courier company and Mopani the following day. Within minutesafter I sent the email I had a call from a friendly lady from Mopani who apologised for the delay and promised to follow up. I had a few more calls from her with updates during the day and the parcel was delivered by 16h00 that same day. This is the best service I ever encountered with an online store and will in future everything possible from Mopani and spread the word amongst my family and friends. Keep up the good work and give the lady in online sales a BIG bonus.
