Online shipping fee
I am not impressed with the online system where we now have to pay R75 shipping fee whereby it was free for local delivery???? I been experiencing this issue since last week and today again. I called today but they could not help, they kept transferring my call to irrelevant people. I was told from someone who works at Mopani that they have been receiving calls regarding this matter but I mean till not it is still not resolved????????? I spoke to someone he said he will get back to me, he will look into it, but what happens in the mean time - we call to order????

Should your order be less than that we do however charge a R75 shipping fee. A member from our team gave you a callback the same day to clarify.
