Decent enough service

I think the experience overall was good. The website interface and updates and the courier service was punctual and we were well-informed.

My only suggestion is that the courier makes sure he/she calls when they have arrived. My girlfriend waited for the call, but none came. When she eventually got given her parcel, she was chided for not being present the first time when the driver arrived. Yet no call was given.
